Despite the problems and restrictions presented by COVID-19, it is possible to have a consultation. Online consultation requests are answered very promptly. A telephone consultation can be enough. When a face to face appointment or blood test etc has been needed, these have been booked for the next day, within an hour. In the past it could be a fortnight before an appointment could be booked. The doctors continue to be very knowledgeable. The flu vaccinations were conducted excellently, with all precautions.

Reception team are great I'm unsure why people are saying they can't be seen within two weeks if there's a emergency they wi see you but sadly thame has grown n they havnt what can they do?!

Brilliant GP Practice. I have found the reception staff to be very friendly and they try their best to help if you have an urgent request. Dr. Strachan is lovely and goes above and beyond to help her patients (recently fitting in answering an urgent query I had). Compared to my experience of previous GP Practices in different areas and given the large number of patients they must oversee in the area and the current NHS climate, I think they do a great job!

Reception staff have always been pleasant and helpful. Dr. Makris is exceptional, very caring, compassionate, thorough and a most capable clinical professional. Bearing in mind the NHS pressures and workload they constantly face, I think much praise is in order.

This practice never answer the phone and when you come into the surgery to book an app face to face, their attitude is appalling. I will be switching Dr immediately.
