I bought their motorcycle hitch carrier. It has obvious manufacturing defects as the holes are drilled on the wrong side and it is missing bolts. I emailed them asking for help. They wouldn't help me get bolts or a new part. I told them I could provide pictures. They said they had no replacement parts on only new whole units for sale. I'm out 180, sigh.
