I loved this place. I dropped my clothes off and the woman kindly air dried them instead of using the dryer. Use a translation app if you have difficult requests. I found the person who helped me to be very friendly and kind. She tried her best to understand me asking for air dry only and I am very happy I used That Laundry Shop. Super convenient location. Minimum 3kgs laundry, they can do it for you or self serve. Easy. Recommend!

Wonderful service, very friendly staff, easy to find. On time, clothes nicely folded and packaged. Two kilos of laundry for about the price of two t-shirts at your hotel. Definitely will use them again when in Bangkok.
This place is so bad. They tried to cheat me out of 180 baht by increasing the amount on the scale. When I politely told him that was not what was on the scale he said it’s not double charge. I did not even drop off the laundry and said I did not want. The owner then started yelling and trying to fight me. Which was kind of funny because he was such a small man. Avoid at all costs. The place will rip you off and the man running it is crazy. He is not Thai. There are so many one star reviews for a reason.
The equipment is in good working order. The place is clean. You have to take off your shoes upon entering. There’s a nice folding table. The employees are helpful and there was no waiting when I was there during the early afternoon. I would use this place again.
