My mum arranged a surprise cake for my 50th birthday, apparently Kerry went above and beyond to make the cake in a quite short time given . The cake was stunning, and so elegant . just enough detail . It was a jam and cream madeira sponge , which was wonderful too . i have put a photo of the cake on the website for all to see .
