They had be runing around and made me worest I had to go looking for my medication and I was luckly to find it in boots on Saturday I would not go again

I quite liked the service. The team was prompt to serve me and quick to dispense my medication. Most other pharmacies ask me to leave my prescription and come back later. Here the pharmacist told me they would take 10min and in fact it took less than 5.

I quite like this pharmacy. Have been coming here for many years and the staff as always been very kind and helpful. The other day, I went in to collect my pills and the pharmacist was trying to explain a costumer that they should be given some notice in order to process the prescriptions... but she was having none of it! Shouting and furious. Feel sorry for these folks sometimes.

If you rely on your prescriptions being fulfilled on time, this is not the pharmacy to visit. I've had nothing but trouble getting a prescription dispensed by this pharmacy. Multiple trips to find medication wasn't ready. They promise to call when meds are ready, they didn't. Honestly, go elsewhere, Thatcham isn't short of pharmacies
