Called about a roof inspection. Waited for their rep to arrive and he wouldn't even climb on the roof to check it out (\I'm not doing that any more\). Promised a quote via satellite image and a month later it still hasn't arrived. No follow-up, nothing. Went with another, more responsive contractor.

Replaced roof damaged by derecho. ACRI negotiated with the insurance company to get full replacement instead of mismatched repair. They did an excellent job and the roof is beautiful. Highly recommend.

It's been a little over three years now and I'm still having multiple problems with my home and It's getting worst. I've had them replace and install doors and siding and in the first 4 months, my siding started blowing off. It took 2 months to come to fix, I even advise them to do a once over around the house and no one did. I call back 6 months later in the same year because more of my house was flying everywhere. They said someone would come back out, a year past and no one has shown up, I called back and there excuse is that they have no one in my area to come to fix my home and when someone is available they'll come to fix it.....that been a little over 2 years now. I just call recently and once again been told that some would be here when they get someone in my area but, for now, I have to watch my home fall apart siding flying off, doors and windows leaking I would never recommend this company. all my neighbors have asked me who did the work on my house I tell them and their response \Now I know Who not to call\.
