I purchased two items via Amazon Marketplace. I returned them for a refund but despite the store receiving the returned items and me sending multiple chasing emails I received no refunds. Beware buying from this company.

Bought a OMM Kamleika smock from this store as a Christmas present; the jacket was worn once and ripped for no apparent reason! The store would not replace or repair the jacket only offering a discount on the rep of the new model after 2 months of debate. You only find out whether a shop is really worth using when things go wrong.
