I have lived at Tamar Meadows for several years and it’s an outstanding complex! The Leasing and Maintenance staff are truly second to none!! The apartments have great features, quite and very spacious!! I highly recommend this apartment complex for your new home!!

I have been a resident of Tamar Meadow for a year, and I must say that this place is exceptional. The grace and hospitality goes beyond my expectations. Any issues I have( which is very minimal, because they're on top of it) is resolved immediately. I operate with the highest integrity, so I'm not leaving this review just to leave a review; but, I am leaving it because it is a fact. I want to give credit where credit is due. I just signed another year lease, because the management and maintenance is absolutely phenomenal! It's a great place to live!

I lived here for about a year with my boyfriend a few years back. Honestly, the apartment itself looked fine and was fairly spacious. That being said, maintenance is terrible. We had issues with our soap block coming off in the shower. One night it came off and made a loud crash sound in the shower (how that even happens, I'm not sure). Well, maintenance came and \fixed\ it by using shower caulk (yes, shower caulk), and it ended up coming off again two weeks after that. The maintenance guy who kept coming to see us was incrediby lazy and seemed like a sleezy guy; he clearly did not take his job seriously. Parking can also be a bit of a pain in this apartment complex; it's a little like musical chairs. All in all, I don't care to live here again. It's not the absolute worst, but like every other apartment complex in Columbia, this place is ridiculously overpriced and going downhill fast. When are we going to stop letting real estate developers exploit working and middle class people? Particularly in Columbia, which acts like it is some bastion of equality and inclusivity, but in reality is not even a little bit of either.

I recently toured this property and was very disappointed in the lack of customer service as a potential resident. During the \tour\ the lady did not show me around. She just opened the door and did not explain anything to me. I noticed the 2 bedroom also does not have a linen closet which is just odd. Love the location and the grounds seemed clean, but I will not be renting from a place with such poor service.

I moved here in Dec. Ms Barbara the property MGR is nice and so is maintenance. I love my third level condo. My only complaint is parking. It seems like everyone here has a vehicle. Property Management really should consider expanding the parking lot on the empty grass areas.
