I loved my time at Arlington Apartments! The staff has always been so friendly and willing to go over any questions that I have had. They do great resident appreciation events. It is convenient to the 170 innerbelt, I-270, and 364. I moved only because I was relocating for work.

I’ve lived in seven rentals across 5 states, and I’m disappointed to say that this has been the most problematic of all of them while also having the highest rent. Though I have numerous complaints about my experience here, I will focus on the most egregious and pressing problem: the air conditioner is completely inadequate. My apartment is a three-bedroom split over 5 levels, and the top two levels do not get cool no matter where the thermostat is set. Currently, the thermostat is set at 67 and the top floor is 77.5 degrees. Last weekend, when it was hotter outside, the thermostat was set at 67 and the top floor was 81 degrees. I’ve been trying to get the apartment complex to address this issue for about a month, and finally last week maintenance checked the AC unit and said it is working “fine.” After sending two more e-mails without receiving a response, I contact the Assistant Property Manager. Her take: 6 degrees is a “reasonable” difference between thermostat and top floor (what about 14?) and a recommendation that I use blackout shades, fans, or that I purchase a window unit. I find this to be truly unacceptable. If I’m paying 1600 a month for an apartment advertising “central air,” it’s simply not good enough to be told to get my own window unit to get the top floor cool. I would not recommend renting here!

I viewed the property recently and it is a wonderful place to live. Adam C. in the property management office gave me an amazing tour and was very knowledgeable on all my questions. After this visit with Adam, I rushed home to put in an application to live at this wonderful property. 5 stars!

I was looking for an apartment and came across The Arlington place, I had a chance to speak with Carmen whom was wonderful, answered all my questions, patient, kind and provided me all the information I needed to know. Unfortunately we are not relocating to St. Louis anymore but if there ever comes another chance I will definitely consider this place!

This is a great place to live. It feels like a small community with a park-like atmosphere that invites you to consider it home. Thanks to all the staff that keep the grounds and area clean, manicured, and decorative. It is truly appreciated.
