Was a student here 10 years ago. It was bad then and I'm sure it is even worse now. ACC had a total upgrade, absolutely blows this place out of the water, for what ever degree plan. I'm only posting because I'm mad af. Have been spam calling office to pick up my transcripts. It is now 8:05am school's been open 35min........ ANSWER THE MOTHER LOVING PHONE & do your jobs.. 8am is late ffs! avoid this money pit!

I was a veteran student here. It's a ripoff! Your credits ONLY transfer to another Art Institute! They charge WAY too much and they ARE NOT military friendly! They are also holding my official transcript saying I owe them more money before they will release them! I was a VA student! Everything was paid by VA! They are a huge SCAM!!! Run the other way!! Don't even walk in their doors!

You get duped into thinking you will do something you love . Then you find out most of the instructors don’t even teach they send you to YouTube when you have a question. The admin is always messing up paperwork . Graduating this quarter and wishing I had never come to this waste of a school. There are a select few really got instructors who actually care. Very few though

This school cost WAY TOO MUCH. I am transferring to ACC for the same major for MORE than HALF the cost (that is, if my credits are even transferable). I will be in debt when I leave this \institute\. The amount I will owe is more than graduating from ACC. I've only been going for a year and I already owe 8k. By the time I graduate, I will owe 30k and my parents will owe 80k. That is more than the University of Texas and with finical aid (which covers 5k of my tuition). This school is obviously not for the middle class. Like a different user said, some of the teachers care and some don't. I agree when the students work in groups, it's a lot worse than in high school. Students are bringing other students down because no one participates in assignments. The school doesn't provide the materials you need. I spent about 550 in 11 weeks for one class (out of my own pocket). I HIGHLY recommend to NOT attend this school if you do not want to be debt, have good teachers, and much more. I honestly wish I never attended this school.

Punder statement.

I could go on about all the bad this school does but here's all you need to know. In one quarter six of the game art teachers quit because of the awful conditions of this scam school. They replaced them with online classes that in no way shape or form should be called classes. That should tell you everything right there.

I don't reccommend shucking out 500/credit hour for this school. If you're going for something like photography or graphic design (which is what I was majoring in) go to a community college. Attending the Art Institute is not worth it. You'll get the same education at a community college! Don't waste your money!
