We love living here. The location is great and the management is super responsive if something goes wrong. They replaced our water heater same day so you can’t get any quicker than that! Michael in the office is a pleasure to work with. The whole management team is always looking for ways to improve our living experience and it really is appreciated. Our family has been very happy living here and I can’t recommend the Ashton enough.

We have lived at this place for ONLY a year. We have had issues since we moved in. Door not working or locking properly. Ceiling cracking. Ceiling leaking, carpet soaked with no reasoning, mice problem, roach problem, trash not being picked up when we pay for valet trash whether they pick it up or not, on top of management not having the urgency to fix these issues and they live in the complex as well....we have been great tenants no issues but for the money you pay here and the issues that come with it and the no sense of urgency from management it is not worth it. A great area and would be a good apartment if they would just change the management and truly fix the apartments like they say they would. The manager of the complex shows no sympathy or empathy and only cares that he gets his money and not be bothered with fixing issues in the apartments. I highly would NOT recommend this place. They say they strive for excellence however I assure you they do not. And this is not coming from an angry resident. We truly tried working with them every step of the way however the respect was NOT returned!

Absolutely LOVED the smart locks system, seems to be easy to use. Spoke to Anthony, he was so helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. Will be definitely be adding The Ashton Apartments to my favorites list!

The Ashton Apartments are very nice, safe, and in an amazing location. They’re right off of Glenwood Drive and a few miles from Crabtree Valley Mall. Perfect placement for shopping and nice restaurants. The apartments are really pretty and spacious. The gym is large and has a lot of equipment. Michael, Anthony, and Nadine are super helpful and kind in the office.
