Non responsive! 3 months since I moved out and no return deposit they stated I would receive. I have emailed their Manager Misty MANY times with no response or update until I CC' the rest of their office to emails... Unprofessional! The other Manager never smiles when I walked in an when i call it is like an effort to even answer calls (while I lived there). Someone from corporate please assist me in returning my deposit. I am at a loss who can help at this point.

Ive been here for about 4 months .. the office staff has been very professional and friendly. Maintance has been on top of everything since I’ve been here. I’ve had to have them come out a couple times and things were resolved in a timely manner.

I have lived in this complex for over 2 years. We have gone through management changes like any other complex but the service and response of management and staff has been great. Any issue that has arose with my apartment has been handled in a timely manner and staff always follows up on questions or concerns. I love the property and my apartment is awesome for the price.

DON’T LIVE HERE. Unless you want to never be able to reach the office, not be able to use any amenities that you pay for & have your packages delivered to you just thrown in front of your door for any delinquent in McKinney to steal. The only time you hear from them is the end of the month when they are “reminding” you about rent. Absolute joke. There is a reason this place is one of the worst reviewd complex’s in the area. Stay far away. End of my lease couldn’t come any quicker.
