Cute area. I stopped by to do business with one of the tenants here and I enjoyed the view. They’re also benches on the ground floor which was nice to sit and pass time.

As a tenant of this complex I see a lot of reviews of this place but not sure many are from tenants like myself. Walk into some of the office and talk to us tenants. We are not happy. This place is not ran all that well, lots of turnover. I have been here a little over two years and three different managers. They are tricky and they like to play games. First we are in Covid they have lost half of their tenants but negotiating normalized rents, more and more for them just silliness this is why this place is so vacant. My favorite part is they wait till the last second delaying negotiations until it is too late to do anything about moving. Another great thing about his place is they have their Controller in CA negotiating leases in Nevada. You don't even get to meet or talk to this person on the phone it is done from the shill in the front office. It is like negotiating with yourself, very funny you will get nowhere when you negotiate with a person behind a curtain. I know many of the tenants in this building, we've been doing business with some of them for decades. They are losing all of us on this next round of lease renewals (which you have to do every year). If you want to be frustrated with service this is the place for you. If you want to be treated honestly and fairly I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

My Attorney Patricia Marr is here I highly recommend her. The Atrium at Henderson is always clean an everything has always worked when I've visited there. Easy access too.
