Working at The Auberge at Lake Zurich is unlike any other place I have worked at before in a great way. Management is always available to talk about anything and they care about the residents making sure they have everything and anything they need or want. Management also works well providing and caring for the staff. The residents bring so much joy to the staff every day just as the staff does to the residents. The whole community cares and respects for one another inside and out. The Auberge at Lake Zurich is like my second home with all the joy, friendliness and compassionate care provided by all.

I currently work at The Auberge at Lake Zurich and I love it here. All the staff are super kind and caring, the facility itself is super clean unlike some facilities I’ve seen, and all around it is a great environment. Management is super flexible with you if you need to take days off for a vacation or if your sick. The staff treat the resident like they are their own family. It’s just a home-like environment and I’m so glad to be apart of that.

The Auberge is an amazing place. The care staff and the management, we're all like a family here. We all stick together. We do amazing fun things with the residents here. We play games, do crafts, and take them outside on beautiful days. In the summer, we have musicians come and sing to the residents. We have had Elvis come, and much more. This place would be a great place to have your mom or dad to come live. We're all a family. We love our residents, like they are our family.

I've worked here for a year and a half. The community is a second home for me. I enjoy coming to work every day to see my Auberge family. We work hard, have fun, laugh together and cry together. Our resident's care and well-being are the priority and we aim to meet not only their physical needs but social, spiritual, cultural, and emotional needs as well. We strive to give each resident a reason to get up in the morning and enjoy each day. The staff is excellent at being "in the moment" with residents. We learn much from them and sometimes they just crack us up with the things they say! Truly a great place to work!
