I sustained an injury on the job and ended up needing surgery. My employer was not being helpful and I was being jerked around by the insurance adjuster from my employer's insurance company. She was avoiding my phone calls and emails. Eventually I had to seek legal help. Out of the 7 or so lawyers I spoke with regarding my injury on the job, Hank was the only one who actually wanted to help me out. The other side never intended take care of my work related injuries, they denied my claim for being \uncooperative.\ Hank was able to secure both compensation for time out of work and reimbursement for my medical bills both paid and unpaid. Hank is as legit as they come. He is thorough, and a straight shooter. If you are having any of the problems I had, I highly recommend you call the man.
