After a bathroom remodel with this company we were sued because we refused to pay for defective work despite the contract clearly stating that all disputes will be handled in arbitration. After over a year dealing with a legal battle with this company the arbitrator found that The Bath Shop's "defective work caused monetary damages to Respondents". Due to this finding the arbitrator reduced the amount we owed TBS by a large amount. Highly recommend going with another company.

A very professional and conscientious outfit. Really nice people too. In completely renovating our embarrassingly dated master bath and half-remodeling our nearly-as-pitiful guest bath, The Bath Shop got it done to perfection, on time, and with only a few of the minor hiccups that inevitably will crop up in a project of this size... and they did so during a global pandemic. Slightly on the expensive side, perhaps, but you get what you pay for. We're glad we paid for quality. As I told our wonderful designer Stephanie, after 2 1/2 years in our current house, these new bathrooms finally make it feel like a home. The Bath Shop really delivers -- based on our experience, you can put your trust in them 100 percent. My only regret is we didn't spring for a total remodel of the guest bath as well. Another time.

From design to construction to finish the process was painless and flawless. They delivered on everything and then some. The crew was so friendly and courteous making sure they protected our walls, floors, and furniture leading to our bathroom. The communication was top notch! Every night we would receive a text letting us know who was coming the next day and what was going to be completed. Awesome. Just need the one word to describe the work the Bath Shop have done with our outdated master bath. Stephanie helped us with the design and estimate. Her experience and advice were invaluable in helping us make good decisions about both design as well as fixtures. She also helped with expectations as remodeling a master bath from the wall studs out isn’t a simple process. The Bath Shop construction process was managed by Robbie. He coordinated all the work and kept us informed by text every evening and occasionally by phone when necessary. The entire crew were very skilled and professional. They took utmost care of our property and made sure they minimized the inconvenience. Trash was removed frequently and dirt/dust were cleaned up at the end of each day. The crew knew one another well and knew what to expect from one another – this made it easy for them to properly prep for the next step in the process and to handle things in a way that simplified it for us as well as other members of the crew. It was clear they took pride in their individual work but also in the complete project from the team. From start to finish, the Bath Shop helped us turn our nearly 20 year old master bath into one that is modern and built with quality. I would hire them again if I were to make the decision over. In fact, I plan to use them on other kitchen and bath projects when we’re ready to do them.
