Now, Its same as review below after more than a year. Be carefull..... EIGHT MONTHS EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PROPERTY GROUP For investors its doesn’t matter but if you are buying a house to live in you should read below OR at least don’t pay full settlement until they fix all problems We live here in one of Bathla's property for about eight months. One major concern for this house is uneven fitted tiles (there was tile protection laid all over the floor at the time we see this house for the first time) we actually seen this tiles for the first time on the settlement day and we were shocked to see this tiles fitted in unprofessional manners. Which they refused to repair that. Those grouts on the floor tiles are not even fill properly. (I am not sure if other people accepting or like this type of tile finish, but certainly I am not after paying huge amount of money.) Fewer tiles are not even filled properly inside, as you knock on the tiles you can hear rattle noise (specially at the front porch area). Soon this tile will get cracked. There is unfinished work underneath the bathroom sink. Instead of repair this, the guy who came to repair said clearly on my face ‘IT IS NOT VISIBLE AS IT IS UNDER THE VANITY SO WE DON’T NEED TO FIX’. We still have uncleared retaining wall at the rear yard. All windows screen has 1 to 2 cms gaps from side. Easy place for the flies and mosquitoes to get in. Ceiling insulation also laid in unprofessional manners as you can see in the photos. (they said its all done properly when we asked to fix it.
We just recently purchased our first home from The Bathla Group. We would like to thank Brett Watkins for all his help and service throughout the process. He has been a great help in showing us properties and advising the best locations within our budget. My wife and I are very happy with our new home in Riverstone. We are very thankful because Brett gave us the confidence on the location, helping us to go ahead with the purchase. Finally, we would like to thank Brett for going above and beyond. He managed to pick us up from the train station on each occasion and drove us to each property. Thank you once again for the excellent service.
Successful company that produces some of the finest estates in the nation. There quality of build, landscaping and fencing are second to none. When I want to escape the city and de-stress I visit their lovely concrete estates.
Why does one buy a new house. To feel happy, to feel valued and to get the sheer joy of buying a new house ! When you buy a house fr o m Bathla this is exactly what they take away from you. My experience with them bas been so soul crushing that I can't describe in words. They have absolutely no regards for quality. Construction is patchy and of poor quality. I guess the reason for that is they use unlicensed tradies to save cost. I highly recommend that one should stay away from their products. Really pathetic and low quality products.
We are delighted with our new home, thank you Bathla Group.. Its been two months since we moved in and the process from the beginning till now was very smooth. Special thanks to Ovi Shah, he is with us right from showing house till it became our home clarifying all our queries patiently.. With respect to the build, I can say pretty much everything is covered and I didn’t have to spend anything after we moved in.. Concrete upper floor slab does makes the difference... One of the key things we liked very much and appreciated is post settlement support or maintenance.. Jas and team are very helpful in resolving issues.. we got support even during new year holidays, which displays some impeccable commitment.. keep up the good work

Our home feels unreal, the team have made endless efforts to build the house from scratch using good materials. Finally, the house is completed perfectly.. we have no comment but to say thank you heaps .
