We had done our research and went into the Big Screen Store to check on their tv's and pricing. We were not pressured and all of our questions were answered. We purchased and love our new Big Screen TV!!! They installed it for us and explained how to use the new remote. We were told to call with any questions or if we need anything--we have done fine so far but will not hesitate to call when/if we do have questions. I would highly recommend and the price we purchased our TV for was a GREAT price!!

My dad and I were shopping to furnish a theater room that we are having added to our basement. Roy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products this store had available. He made fantastic conversation and made our shopping experience great! We ultimately bought both the TV and the sofas that we are going to use in the basement from Roy at this store. I cannot recommend this store more highly! I would give the experience we had more than 5 stars if this platform would let me!

I was referred to the BSS in Ellicott City by my father. As soon as I came in, Adam was there to greet me and my 2 boys. I did a ton of research so I pretty much knew what I wanted. Adam took the time to explain all of the features on the tv, as well as the differences between several models. He also walked me through the installation process, choosing the right mount, and entertained my little ones with Jurassic Park on phenomenal surround sound! The whole experience was enjoyable! Thank you, Adam, for the wonderful service! I'm looking forward to the install. I will absolutely return when I purchase another TV. Great experience!
