The chain on my bicycle broke as I was commuting to work and these guys were happy to help a stranded cyclist. They are about 0.5 mi off the A57 (Mottram Rd) in Hyde, one of very few bicycle shops in the area. They were super friendly and I was quickly back on my way.

Used the bike shack in the past and was fine. Used it again recently and when given a quote on some work went ahead expecting my bike to be rideable when I got it back at least.but I couldn't go around the block before the chain snapped. Won't be using them again.

Absolutely brilliant service! Had a broken part on my bike, called The Bike Shack who said the'd take a look at it straight away. Took it in and was given a next day repair date, drove away and 30 mins later got a call to say it was fixed. Everyone was incredibly friendly and I will be planning to take the bike back for a service in a few weeks. A fantastic concept for a business too with barbers, tattoo parlour and a great beer selection available. If you want to have a har cut and tattoo with a beer while waiting for your pride and joy to get fixed here is the place. Very happy I stumbled upon it!
