Took the bike in and was greeted with a smile, I explained what the issue was (with my limited knowledge) and it turned out my gears needed a quick indexing. Within 10 minutes my bike was like new!! Awesome quick and friendly service, right on my doorstep and more than reasonably priced!!! I will certainly be using these guys again!!

Don’t use - absolute cowboys, no customer service and not interested in trying to resolve or help. Happy to take your money but when a new part that they ordered and fitted breaks within two weeks and the bikes only been used a few times!! They agreed that it was broke but proceeded to put it back onto the bike and said that will do !!! Would not replace it - telling is we had to buy a new part again ..... not sure what parts for 90 should only last two weeks but clearly they do .... obviously they fitted it Incorrectly. Poor customer service and after spending 200 for the parts and service, avoid at all costs unless you like wasting your money. Now out of pocket but will take to a proper company to be repaired after their botched job.

I can't speak highly enough of this place. I used them in a August for a service and replacement rear derailleur on my lad's bike. They did a great job and only charged 15. Today, I rocked up unannounced at 9am on a Saturday to see if they could sort a replacement bottom bracket for my MTB. Within 5 minutes, they had diagnosed a problem with pedal arm (cheaper than a BB) and within half an hour they had replaced my crankset and sent me on my way, a happy boy. Halfords wanted to keep my bike a week. Superb service from a friendly local bike shop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
