I have been a esident\ at Bingley Physio for a few years now, first seeing Jacqui (among others) and over the past few months Tom. I am relatively young in my sporting age c10 years old, , but not physically as i am mid/late 40s so had issues with lower back and glutes over the years due to decades of under use through a predominantly desk based job. The approach the team take is holistic rather than just focusing on the area of pain, to ensure my body is aligned to be able to swim bike or run. Through a couple of instances of sciatica the team have helped put me back together. More recently the treatment with Tom has added in his previous skills and experience with his time as a PT, providing great rehab exercises which can be done at home but stabilise and strengthen areas which are out of balance or weak, aimed at reducing the frequency of my visits in the future. Highly recommended

I first booked in with Jacqui due to persistent back pain, my experiences with her have been fantastic, I love how Jacqui explains everything she is doing and why. Jacqui is very careful to consider the whole body and doesn’t just treat the symptom! Jacqui is always expanding her knowledge and imparts that (in terms I can understand as a patient) to me during our sessions. I have since been for many different issues over the last 3 years whether they be sporting injuries, work based problems or general aches and pains and every time the treatment is exemplary. Recently Fiona has started at the practice to assist Jacqui, I was a bit dubious to see anyone else at first but I bit the bullet and went to see Fiona and I am so glad I did! She was fantastic throughout, she clearly has Jacqui’s drive and same “manner” of treating her patients, now I am booked in again with her this week, also booked my daughter in with her who has very specific requirements! Another great addition to the team!

I was impressed by the time taken to assess my root problem; from years sitting at a computer screen with a painful neck and back I couldn't look over my left shoulder to reverse the car. Katie worked really effectively to ease the tightness in my shoulder and removed the imbalance I had developed in my stance. I have far greater flexibility now, so thank you!
