I had some very special interior car parts that needed blasting – 67 Galaxie XL seat backs, side mouldings and metal interior window framing to be precise. Anyone that knows the metal trim on these old American car interiors can appreciate how careful you have to be due to the very intricate hide like pattern in the metal work that if blasted with the wrong material will be obliterated so the person had to know what they were doing and have experience in this area. I am incredibly fussy about the details, the car is my pride and joy and as a result I am picky and protective. Nick from The Blast Factory was fantastic and cannot be faulted in any area; Service – friendly, accommodating and took the time to understand my requirements. Turnaround – ultra fast and I know he was so busy with much bigger jobs. Price – incredibly low for what I got back at the end of the job. Result – faultless, I am absolutely blown away by the quality that came back on parts that are over half a century old. You can tell he took the time and treated the job as if he was doing it for himself. This all comes with being in the trade for a long time and the experience that comes with that.
