Some staff realy nice some bit attitude. Ordered a soup which costs 5.95 for a cup worth clay with your wooden fork &spoon. Well over priced for what it is. Seating outside is lovely and great views if thats what u want. Nothing special tbh just because it featured in a film. Woow woopie do lol

Interesting location at Portland marina with plenty of boats to look at. At the time we visited there were seven cruise ships beyond the breakwater. There are also helicopters taking off and landing nearby, including Navy ones. The food was great, in particular, the chicken burger was epic with loads of breadcrumbed schnitzel style chicken fillet and fabulous chips. Ham and egg was also very good, although a bit of a challenge to eat off a covid induced paper dish with a wooden knife and fork I asked for no chips with the ham and eggs and they threw in a dressed salad without being asked, which was nice and earns the fifth star. Staff were all great. Dog friendly outside at least. Would go back.

Visited late afternoon for a meal today. We went thru main entrance and waited for someone to seat us. We waited and waited. We could see another queue forming on the other side. I had to go in and ask staff where we should be queuing. I was told that station wasnt operational. There should be signs up saying so! We were seated. The menu - very limited. The food I can honestly say was very lack lustre indeed. My starter was ok (calamari), my partner had nachos - tortilla with a tiny anount of cheese sprinkled on and the smallest amount of salsa ive ever seen given. The mains - i ordered buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese dip and chunky chips. I dont know what sauce was on the wings but it wasnt buffalo. And as for the blue cheese dip - it tasted of plastic! The chips felt like left overs that had been reheated. My partner had mac n cheese and he said it was palliable but bland. We asked for salt and pepper. Was given 1 small sachet of each - for 2 people. The lad serving us looked very put out when we asked for more. Poor food poor service. Wouldn't visit again

Just went in for breakfast. Not made to feel welcome no menus issued, had to find our own. Waited ten minutes for the waitress but she was happy chatting. So we walked out! Place wasn’t even busy. Waste of a great location

The food was way better than expected! We had mussels for starter (the portion was so large I could have eaten that as a main), seafood linguine and sirloin steak for mains. The chunky fries could have been better, but overall it was a delicious dinner.
