That is rude they are not answering on the phone every time I call them I want to book a appointment they are not answering but the Doctor is friendly but the receptionists are rude.

As this is our home gp, I feel compelled to say something because of the other negative comments. We have been with the surgery for many years and our experience has been improving over the years. My grandmother attend regular appointments here and members of staff have been very professional and supportive. Especially Sarah who takes care of her routine appointments, she has been so kind and helpful. Also Dr N Hopkins and Dr L Das are very friendly and professional too. This has come from our own experience, generally the service now has improved from six or seven years ago too.
Receptionist very rude, in fact all of them are not doing the job very well. I have been waiting for them to call me after registration for 12 days, after I called them just to find out that they need my NHS number. So I gave it to them and came for appointmnet next day to find out that my registration form is still in the box waiting after 13 days! Recetionist, reception manager, told me that that nothing has been done since so I have to wait till she put it in the system otherwise I cannot see the doctor?! There was no apology for such an outrageous service they provide! She even screamed at me that \it is not my problem that it has not been processed\?! The most horrific service I have ever seen in my whole life.... I gave them 2 starts just because doctor Badger is very helpful, caring and change my decision about leaving that surgery.. but please do something about that rude and unhelpful lady with glasses! She is certainly not a person to work with people at all.
