Customer service was great, she helped us pick out and fit the boots. On the other hand, the welcome committee that worked behind the counter was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She was not wearing a mask and yelled at everyone coming in to put a mask on. She stated “I don’t care if you have breathing problems or not, you will wear a mask in this store.” I will not be back. Practice what you preach!

I can always find good deals here. Friendly honest staff. I once accidentally left my purse here. I got it back hours later completely unmolested.
Went in and was greeted, asked me what I was looking for. Lady showed me everything I was looking for and was shown where the fitting room was... 10/10 would go again
