I was extremely impressed with their MRI and nuclear Medicine department. The staff here was not only very professional but they also had the best State of the Art equipment in line with other hospital like NYU medical. What was even more impress was how Mr Eric Bates had his entire team working in such great professional cohesion with each other making sure that his team were professional and prepared. He also ensures that each of the patients know what to expect and that charts were complete and equipment up to par. Nicole, the young lady in the front, was extremely warm and kind to every patient who entered no matter what their socioeconomic background appeared to be. She even knew her retuning patients in a 1st name basis. The space was very clean, and well maintained. There was no over crowding and long waiting. Exceptional Job. Keep up the good work.

I personally never had an issue with this hospital back in 2018 I almost died due to pulmonary embolism and they saved me and my unborn baby life. I do my prenatal here it’s quick and they are always on point with everything. I have had two babies already In This hospital they are very attentive and caring the labor and delivery doctors are amazing. I am due to give birth again here March 19 I’m pretty sure I will have the same good experience I’ve had before.

I’ve had the worst experience today January 31,2021 with the Operator or receptionist. No customer service at all . I called because my brother is a patient at that hospital. And she was very ugly to me each time I called. She recognized my voice because I’ve called several times. I was calling because I wanted to know if they moved my brother to another floor. And she hung up on me twice while asking a question. So I decided to call back. When I called I was very calm and said ma’am the reason for my call is , I am trying to get some information about my brother and there is know answer. Mind you , I live in Texas and my brother lives in New York and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone on the 11th floor. So this operator or receptionist started screaming and finally she contacted me to someone. I only hope that the hospital would have their Operator or receptionist to answer by name or ID number. In that way you will know who to report. I am very stress over it. it was a really bad Customer service experience I received. So who do you report these people to. It was very bad that I couldn’t even give a rating . Because I think one is to much.The nurse I spoke with was very nice. I can only hope and pray that someone who’s In charge of the Lebanon hospital reads this. And I pray that my brother is being cared for. It really scares me to the point I am sick worrying about my brother. Its because if you get the bad and ugly when you call from the first person you speak with. Its just scary wondering what every one else is like.

I love their service and the way they treat you, I do my prenatal there from the 14fl Dr Seeraj , best doctor, he takes his time to explain everything to you, to 6fl in delivery room doctors and nurses were amazing, my 3 kids were born there . God bless this hospital
