My move is now complete and I finally can give a fair review. We moved NY to San Juan. I was promised that the furniture would be taken apart in NY and put back in SJ in approximately one month (4 weeks since it gets on a ship). Well it took 12 weeks. Pros: It was cheaper compared to 2 other quotes I got. NY crew packed everything really well, first in wrapping paper, then boxed. Overall both crews looked like they knew what they were doing. Nothing is broken (but I have very good quality furniture to begin with). Also, I have not shipped any glass objects TVs, mirrors and dishes were all donated in NY. Cons: It took 3 months and the company was not transparent about it. I would be making different decisions if I knew it was going to be that long.The furniture was not assembled. One box is missing a crucial part from the bed headboard. I am not sure whether I should be happy that only one or sad that one is missing at this point. They promised to do a search and created a claim, but I already have a feeling how that is going to go.

Price is right for the service the offer. Great company . Highly recommend it if you need to move.
Really a bad experience at the last minute. After schedule the pickup 2 weeks in advance the pickup window was setup 9am-5pm pretty much the entire day for them to pickup. Once the driver show up and knowing that we live in the city they said that can’t do the pickup because was not parking, as we need to move that day we l offer them to go downstairs and look the truck for them and even take care of the ticket if any. After all this the driver said that is not possible, leaving us in a bad spot since we need to be out of the apt already. We call the supervisor this morning and the supervisor said was nothing to be done and he may be able to schedule for the next day but wasn’t sure. A really poor customer service and not helpful. In another note: when I ask the driver what could be done to perform this move as schedule he said the only way he will be able to do so is if I found a parking spot for his truck in The city, how a company can say that to a customer. Really a bad experience that hope this helps another customers before scheduling anything with this one.
Very slow claims department, movers don't know how to properly package things. Their regular insurance rate is 0.60 per pound, which is garbage. So imagine getting 50 for a Computer case that cost close to 300.... Update: I Tried to contact their claims Department again by sending everything to support@lrdm and still no response...
