The Buckingham Group previously did a design build kitchen remodel for us that we were extremely happy with. As a result, of this experience, we didn't hesitate to use them again when we decided to re-construct our driveway and porch. Here are just a few things that separate them from everyone else: •\tA project 'Design' phase that covers the client’s requirements and the detail for project estimation costs. This is an important part of the process to ensure that both parties understand the scope of the project. •\tThe use of high-quality subcontractors that deliver quality workmanship, attention to detail, and good communication skills. •\tProject management throughout the process to ensure that tasks are completed timely, in the right sequence, and within budget. •\tProgress payments based on completion of pre-defined milestones and client satisfaction. •\tFlexibility to modify the project plan when extenuating circumstances dictate or when driven by the client. In the end, Ed and The Buckingham Group delivered another exceptional project that exceeded our expectation, was completed on time, and within the quoted project cost. After 18 years my wife decided that she wanted to redo the house the way she wanted. This was not a small project. She wanted the Den, Kitchen and Laundry room updated with new tile on fireplace, kitchen, laundry sink, hardwood flooring install , repaint and upgrade the kitchen and laundry room cabinets with new doors, slides and new granite and back splash, and also new paint on walls and ceilings. My goal was to get a quality job and a professional I could trust to send her for planning and design and then resolve any issues if she was not happy. Ed and his group did it all and was the most professional team I ever worked with. I have traveled the US in the telecom industry and also have a real estate license. Ed has been able to select the best in the Tulsa Area of the various skills and crafts to finish his jobs. To begin with he is meticulous in his design and preparation and budget work to make sure your hopes and dreams are achieved by his team.
