I have needed some bungee cord for a while now and recently made a concerted effort to find what I needed. I typed in 6mm bungee cord and up popped The Bungee Store. Fantastic place. I didnt even know it existed. They have allsorts of cord, rope for decking etc. I got elastic for face masks.
Awesome customer service, and the lastoflex shock cord is much better than anything you'd find in regular diy stores.
