This is a great retirement facility with great people. No matter what your needs are, I have seen first hand that they are taken care of. Ernie oversees the day to day maintenance and operations of the building and he makes sure that the residents stay comfortable and all systems are working. Great place for a family member that may be lonely and want interaction, have top of the line service, and feel comfortable. Great job Cardinal.

The Cardinal at North Hills is an amazing place for seniors to retire. The community has so much to offer residents and they also can access all of North Hills within walking distance. The Cardinal at North Hills has programs, exercise classes, religious services and so much more that accommodates a large diversity of residents. If there is something a resident is interested and it’s not at The Cardinal at North Hills, the staff works to find an opportunity for it to come to the community. The staff are all so welcoming, kind and really show that they love their job and the residents as well. This would a great home for seniors that are looking for something new!

The Cardinal is outstanding! They’re staff is friendly, caring and warm. Every smile I received made my heart sparkle. The environment is clean and detailed. I really love the live plants on every floor and in every room. The residents all look happy, vibrant and healthy. There is so much to do in one community. I was truly taking away by all of the activities and amenities. My favorite part of the community are the balconies. I would love for my Grandmother to have the Cardinal experience simply because of the staff interaction and dedication with the residents.

I can’t say enough great things about The Cardinal at North Hills. I am a new associate that has worked here for about a month and have enjoyed every minute of it. The Cardinal exemplifies the Kisco values and beliefs and most importantly puts the residents first and foremost. The culture is that of which I have never had before in the work place and truly appreciate being apart of this community! I personally recommend this 5 star community to anyone seeking new employment in this industry, but also for those who are seeking a community for their loved one! The care team is made up of experienced and caring people who go above and beyond to meet the residents needs.

We have been so happy with The Cardinal. My mother has been in both skilled nursing and independent living and they are both excellent!! I can't say enough about the wonderful staff. They have been responsive to all our needs and gone above and beyond.
