sadly i would have to say that they are not to be recommended! in the beginning of my time looking and debating they were 100% but once we hired them the company completely did a 180 in all areas... i could never get a hold of anyone the owner never knew why i was there or what i needed help with.. they took forever getting things finalized. also they had to repair and relay my vinyl more than once they installers did THE WORST JOB EVER it was lumpy and unprofessional..they also dint do a whole closet the 1st time they came out i called and complained many times and was in tears.. i'm still having issues with the borders staying in place and its only been less than 6 mths.. the carpet was left with the nails not being properly nailed in my lil ones would get poked on many occasions as would my husband and I.. it was not a great experience working with them and sadly i would strongly suggest going with another company.. i hope that others who have used them have had totally different outcomes than we did but form our experience with them id say you'd be better with another company
