Great service happy to help, just had guys come and fit kitchen flooring and bedroom carpet 7th September, great service and fitting also sorted out little issue in kitchen, looks great, will be going back new year for stairs carpet

Happy very happy! Had my new kitchen laminate fitted by The Carpet Store, it looks lovely! Fitter was brilliant, sales staff were helpful and polite even after we had to change the fitting date. After shopping about originally the price was excellent also. Will be using again for our bedroom carpets.
Asked for a quote and to turn up at 08:30, was over 1 hour late, didnt call us to inform his latness then when asked said he \couldnt control the traffic\, then verbally abused my partner on the phone. Disapointing and unprofessional.
