After nearly 25 years of vacancy, The Chesapeake Baltimore has been re-imagined and brought back to life by the Milk & Honey Hospitality Group. The upscale neighborhood eatery is scheduled to open in Late Spring of 2013, and will feature hand-crafted cocktails, sophisticated regional cuisine, local craft beers, and an alluring raw bar with rotating seasonal selections. The renovated landmark strikes a balance between timeless pre-existing architecture + bold modern interior design. The interior of the new space doesn't quite resemble that which came before it, however an underlying feeling of nostalgia still exists when you enter the building. The Chesapeake Baltimore will continue to uphold the rich legacy of culinary excellence in the building, while providing an unforgettable new dining experience in the city's up and coming Station North district.
