Born out of an initial frustration with ‘old school’ HR and unethical consultancy practices, Chrysalis was founded in 2013 by Kelly Swingler, the UK’s youngest HR Director, with the focus on putting people first and making a real difference. We believe in putting your people and ours first, which is proven by the fact we are Gold Accredited IiP (until 2021, when we'll have Platinum). Our solutions are based on the latest thinking on Mindset, Psychology and Neuroscience as we believe that mindset is the first step to progress, but we incorporate this with fun – because, well, work should be fun right?
