I paid 45 for a “consultation” in which she asked at most 3 questions. Come to find out she didn’t even understand my case when she emailed me stating I should just plan to work something out with the slumlord. She went further to say she nor any other lawyer could help me with my case, which was comical. I’m with another attorney who’s more experienced and asked a ton of questions during my FREE consultation and said the odds are in my favor. My attorney used to work for the largest law firm in Ga. I have no doubts I will win my case. Clair was nice but nice doesn’t win you court cases. Make sure you have someone competent.

Honestly the only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn't figure out how to give a zero. She is both non responsive and uninformative. I met with attorney Clair 4 months ago and am yet to receive ANY updates. I call once a week and their response is "We will call you with any updates". If you truly want an attorney that puts you on the back burner, then by all means go with attorney Clair. At this point, I have decided to go with someone else. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling when you come across attorney Clair.

The lawyer was late showed up 40-45 minutes after my court had begun. He couldn't even tell the judge my name. He asked for paperwork on a dismissed case resulting on the judge snickering at his request. The contract this firm makes you sign says they will represent you to the best of their ability and they did not adhere to this agreement. I requested a refund and although S.D Clair agreed and sympathized with my grievances they refused to give me a refund. The lawyer The Clair Firm sent was incredibly unprofessional and ignorant. If you want your legal representation to at the very least show up or know your name DO NOT hire this firm.
