Edit - after posting this, the money was corrected for meals received vs. what was paid for. I appreciate the quick resolution. I apologize for not mentioning that there are no complaints against the food - was all good - just lacking in communication on charges and response during a tough time. I’m leaving most of my initial comment below minus my recommendation against using them. I have now paid the clean eatery 274 and received only 9 meals instead of the 40 I have paid for. To be fair they missed a delivery due to the snow and gave me a discount for missed meals this week but they still didn’t deliver anything. They say to submit questions through their website and not to call but no one responded.

So I am a big guy and I have struggled being big all my life. In the last 6 weeks I have decided to make a lifestyle change. I choose to leap head first into the Keto Diet... I have 4 children so I knew cooking keto for the whole family wouldn't be a good idea. So the wife and I looked into Clean Eatery. The meals are professionally prepared and delivered to our door step 2-3 times a week. Since I am doing Keto Ryan stepped in to talk to me about the diet and get my Macro's set up. Since starting I have had a ton of questions. Ryan has always responded and answered my questions. Between my Keto plan and my wife's clean eating plan we are paying a mere 6.00 per meal. I am saving money every day by eating a healthy diet. I highly recommend them for busy people who don't have time to cook or just want to start eating healthier. So far in 6 weeks I am down 25 pounds. 4 pounds a week is a solid rate. I have a lot longer to go to reach my goals but I know Ryan will be there. (and still answering my questions!
I have a wife and 3 kids, work 50 hours a week and don’t have extra money like ever (cough cough wife and kids), plus I have ZERO time to meal prep properly, nor do I want to...CLEAN EATERY has saved me in so many ways, not only is the food delicious, it’s consistent and saves me time and most importantly money. I started to add up what weekly takeout was costing (from door dash and bitesquad)(I can’t just leave work and go get food) and I quit adding after I hit 200...... plus clean eatery is WAYYYY healthier than takeout. As long as you choose the right plan for you and COMMUNICATE with the team on what your goals/needs/wants/dislikes are, you’re golden.
I hate that I have had to resort to a negative review. After numerous voice-mails left along with several attempts to contact them through their account management system, its come to this. I would go into more detail regarding their customer service if I had more engagement with them, but the fact of the matter is I've spoken with them once after I signed up. They don't answer the phone, they don't return voice-mails, they don't respond to requests through their account management. They ignore requests for meal adjustments that they approved. The food isn't kept cold when being delivered and isn't delivered during the time stated. Several meals had turned bad within a day, they've overcharged me from day one and refuse to reply to my calls which leaves me no choice but to go through a charge back process with my bank. I highly suggest looking elsewhere for this type of service.
The account is under my fiancé name. We signed up because of the great reviews and the program that we thought we were getting. I believe your website at the time said that the plan we chose had a nutritionist or couch that would contact us, didn’t happen. Also any calls or messages we left were never returned. We went on vacation for a few weeks and were charged, I get maybe once. I happen to be talking about having meal plan with you guys at my gym, another lady over heard and complained about some of these same issues. -Regards
