Highly recommend this family clinic. In my experience, the Doctors here are all very professional in treating their patients. They are very respectful, informative and very thorough. You never feel rushed and they take time to listen. The Reception staff are very helpful and and there is a nurse on duty everyday. They also offer on site pathology services which is very convenient. The nurses are very experienced and very quick with blood tests and follow up results. The Clinic is open after hours and on weekends and online appointment booking is very easy. Overall a professional, clean and friendly environment.

All doctors and staff are of the most professional that I have dealt with. I have had experience with 3 doctors here and have all been very helpful. The nurses and receptionist go out of their way to help. Not only are the doctor helping but also have great knowledge. Recommend The Clinic Werribee to all.

Would definitely recommend this clinic. The staff here are friendly, very professional, and help you feel comfortable. Blood tests always go smoothly and so did my recent iron infusion, thanks to the experience of the staff working here.

My family and I have been coming here for nearly 2 years. They were the first doctors in Werribee I went to when I moved here and I was so happy I didn’t look any further. Every time we have been unwell or injured they have treated us well and have been able to help us. I am so very happy here. We will be trying the ear wax cleaning for my youngest and mole mapping for me later in the year, but I am confident they will go well.

I highly recommend this clinic to everyone, I've been going to this clinic for almost a year now and they have great staffs that will make you feel like you are at home, everyone is so friendly and Dr Zin Naung is the best docter that i have ever seen!!!

Very rude reception staff! First you call to check any availability. Phones just ring out they don't bother picking up. I went there and it was more shocking. Both of the receptionists were kust glued on their computers and without looking at you "no dr available"! Not going there again!!!

I’ve been visiting the clinic for the past three years. All the doctors (especially Dr. Chalam Kolli & Dr. Sudeep Kolli) and all the support staff are very friendly and very patient. They are my family GP now. Extended hours, friendly and patient support staff are few of the many reasons I choose to come to The Clinic in Werribee although it is far from where I stay. I’ve recommended The Clinic to many friends and will recommend this GP for any individual / family.

If you're looking for a new clinic look no further than this one. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Doctors i have seen are very professional. My family and myself usually see Dr Sudeep Koli who is a very gentle caring and compassionate man. Nothing is problem for him. Which is just what you want from a Doctor.
