Very nice and quiet. My children really enjoy being outside and playing with other kids. Were also not far from a grocery store or restaurants.

a few bad sides. They are the inexpensive choice for this area, so that attracts a crowd. I wouldn't recommend this apartment for anyone with children as cars constantly speed through the parking lots, however if you are druggie you can get your drugs from apartment 1, I assume they have good prices since they always have people in and out all through the night.

I love living here. The apartments are well kept and the landscaping artfully done. Maintenance is fast and office is always nice and helpful. 10/10

Parking is horrible for people with many roommates. Price is within reason. Good for a year lease situation. Office often gets new people so that can potentially mix things up. But overall the complex is clean. The groundskeeper, Chris, who I have seen here and there walking around seems to do a great job picking up any liter. Very friendly and a hard worker.
