Jodie is not okay

Rude doctors, reception staff ask for information that is none of their business. Changing doctors now

I have been meaning to leave this surgery for years, the place is a liability. The appointment are gone in the first 5 minutes. If you do have a problem and the first thing they check you for comes back ok they do not investigate further. Moreover they are now not taking over the phone repeat prescription orders, meaning people who live far and the elderly have to go to the doctors themselves to order it!!!! This surgery needs to be taken down or taken over. I have lost how many times I have been let down or mad with this place!!!!!!!!

I have been at this surgery for many many years and always found the docters brilliant.kind.polite and helpful as are all the staff with no exceptions. Dr Summers was always kind and helpful an absolute Gem. Yes the viris has caused trouble as it has in every Practicr and allowence has to be given and taken into account for any disruption. All in all the best Surgery i have had the pleasure to attend and i am 78 yrs old.

Absolutely awful surgery! My dad used to be registered here but recently changed surgeries after he was misdiagnosed for haveing a bacterial infection instead of gout by both A&E and by Dr Zaman and was prescribed antibiotics unnecessarily for 3 weeks! This is dangerous as taking this drug unnecessarily means that deadly infections become more resistant to the drugs. On top of this, the reception staff are awful and remind me of Carol Beer from Little Britain! You can only get appointments at 8am, no advance bookings for the following day as seen in other surgeries, if you get an appointment at all! The majority of the time you are told 'computer says no' when you are booking an appointment and are told to either go to 111 or A&E. Melissa the receptionist refused to give an appointment to my dad and told him to go to A&E during COVID-19! My dad is 70 years old and having a potential infection (we didn't know it was gout at the time) meant that his immune system could be weakened. After the misdiagnosis of the A&E nurse and Dr Zamen at this practice, luckily a lovely nurse at this practice did a blood test where it was found he had gout and eventually prescribed the correct medication. I write this review as a warning to anyone, do not register here, this sugary was put under special measures last year and it's easy to see why!

My last couple of visits to the surgery were fantastic, really great. I felt well looked after and in very capable hands.
