I have lived here almost 5 years and I honestly love it. The location is the perfect medium between campus, downtown, and shopping. It's also only 5 minutes away from the interstate which makes it ideal for travel. The prices are amazing and you get so much for what you pay. Also, the new management, maintenance, and internet in the past year have been amazing. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for luxury off-campus housing that won’t break the bank.

I had black mold in my apartment. The reason being, (probably due to shoddy construction) whenever it rained a pool of water formed on our living room floor. We called maintenance multiple times but eventually stopped because they weren’t able to fix the underlying problem. However, maintenance was good at fixing appliances quickly whenever they broke. I set up auto-pay on the web portal but had to manually pay and reset auto-pay multiple times. Not a huge issue but it was an inconvenience I haven’t seen elsewhere. Finally, there were bugs called “silverfish” in the apartments all seasons, even winter, and the only thing that was done for those was stick traps were placed indoors - not very effective. Truthfully, the place should have been smoked out over winter break when we were all gone. All of this said, the price was less than 600/mo which is very competitive. There is also a pool which is fun to hang out at with friends. I hope this review has been informative.

The reason I gave a 2 star rating is because I really like the actual space of the apartment. However, the maintenance and management greatly decrease my enjoyment in living here. Maintenance takes forever to be addressed. My roommate had a huge leak in her ceiling so for some reason maintenance cut a huge hole that exposed the piping and they told her they would come back and fix it. However they never came so we put in a work order, and since we made the work order, it took them a whole month to patch the hole. Did i mention when i first moved we had a flea infestation? Ya and it took forever for maintenance to address that meanwhile i was getting eaten alive by fleas. Management here does not really help and they make it seem like the security here is supposed to help us whenever we need them. But i have the most annoying neighbors on the planet and have called the security to ask them to to be quiet when they are making loud noises in the middle of the night, but the “24 hour” security is never available to speak to. The voicemail literally lies and says they will get my message to them right away, but I’m never contacted after leaving my number.

This place has the worst wifi in Auburn. Oh and it disconnects sometimes and pray to god that maintenance does anything about it in less than a week. What a ripoff, you pay for everything and trust me you’re only getting your bedroom and then you’re on your own. Also, my friend once stayed the night and her car was towed! So no you can’t have a friend or family member over because you risk their cars getting and towed and lose a 100! One year lease and can’t wait to leave this nightmare in the summer.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Most of the amenities are broken. The hot tub hasn't worked for at least 6 years. The office is rarely fully staffed. There is no way to contact management after hours if there is any activity against the resident handbook. They have a resident handbook, and they enforce zero of it. They have quiet hours, which residents do not follow. There are parties almost every weekend, and some are now in the parking lots at 1:30 am. There is zero security. People trespass all the time. There is a gate in the front and it has not worked in several years. Therefore, there is zero security. There are only supposed to be two guests per resident at amenities I think, and they have no way of assuring rules are followed. Maybe they should get a silicon wrist band system for residents and guests at amenities. When the office was called concerning illicit activity, they responded with "We can't do anything." You don't get what you pay for, so DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Very satisfied with my stay here so far. The staff and maintenance have been super helpful. Already renewed my lease and advised my friends to move here as well!

I feel bad because this place gets hate but it's a nice and affordable place to live. I recently graduated but I wish I lived here sooner. Got to play a lot of volleyball with my roommate and friends, despite a pandemic stopping everything else :/

I've lived in many different apartment complexes in Auburn and this is by far the best. The units used to be a bit dated, but mine just got renovated and it is like brand new. I brought my friends and brothers to live here and will continue to do so. Staff is awesome and super friendly. Check your email regularly. They always send out updates on things such as if maintenance is running behind, events with free food, or just basic property need-to-knows. Definitely recommend!
