Chill, friendly and what you should expect from a trendy coffee joint. was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint! Food: delicious, visual delight only matched by the taste. We had the burger and French toast, both unique in flavour and definitely a must try! Service: greeted by a very friendly waitress who had a great personality and took the time to explain their coffee range and products with enthusiasm. Extras: Theres a takeaway away area on the side. They also sell the ethical ONA coffee, supporting developing countries and their communities. Will visit again

Location is central. A stone throw away from the ANU, across the road from Law Court of ACT and Reserve Bank of Australia buildings. This wooden facade of a cafe is cozy, modern, spacious and especially friendly (thank you Jasmine). The main appeal and what pull us to visit is of course: ONA Coffee . We have totally contented after our brunch on a particularly perfect autumn morning. Selections of beans to buy are displayed on the counter shop.

Great food and service. Nothing out of the ordinary in the menu but it was done well. Very busy and popular!! Got there at 10am on a Sunday and there was a 20min wait for table of 2, reduced to 10min if you dont mind sitting outside.

Another customer very surprised by the very bad service and treat received!! Horrible service!! We were at the queue 15 minutes before they open. When they opened, we were allocated in a table outside, we kindly asked to open the canopy, but they said they wouldn’t open it because they only use it if it rains (unbelievable!! So we were disturbed by the sun the whole time we were there). But the worst was jet to come. The lady that was our waiter was very rude, after being waiting for 1 entire hour for our food (from 8 to 9), I kindly again asked about our order and the answer I got was she was going to cancel it, instead of apologising. We needed to ask for it to another waiter who brought it immediately. So it makes me think that she was delaying it on purpose. The food was good, but not enough to bear the treat received again. There are other cafes as good as this one (Local Press, for example) in Canberra where the staff is very kind!! Don’t waste your time!!

The epitome of a great cafe on holidays is when you wish they had this back home First up was great coffee. Definitely worth the wait. Great service too. Andrew was so helpful with keeping us informed of our wait and we even got inside a bit earlier than expected. We loved it so much we visited three times. Highly recommend the French toast. It felt light and fluffy and the Avo was amazing too. My girlfriend reckons its the best French toast she's had in her life.

My favourite coffee in Canberra. Great tasting coffee and the staff are very cheerful. However, the experience of takeaway is a shambles. Now with the new rules, you have to wait outside, which is fine but there is no structure for the line up which creates confusion for people dining in(who are waiting for a table and think you are pushing in). Is there any chance for the side window to reopen again to order takeaway or an app to order the takeaway coffee?

It was the best coffee ever in my life. The taste was fantastic. But the food....was just fine. It looks delicious but... it wasn’t my style. Service was nice!

Awesome coffee, food and service. Very busy cafe and yet all staff were friendly. Food and coffee was very tasty. Delish food and wonderful host! Rachel could not have been nicer - she was bubbly and very friendly!! The service was a little slow, however the food and atmosphere made up for that.
