I thought it was expensive and that the same fabrics were available online much cheaper for the same quality. It is a lovely store though and most of the staff are helpful. I did encounter one , however, who appeared a little aloof.

We didn't feel welcome at all and we receive a very bad service when we asked information. No enthusiasm at all.The woman who we spoke with looked like annoyed we were there. We won't go back at all.
Staff pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. My new curtains are lovely.
What a breath of fresh air , lots of experienced people willing to help , a wonderful choice of fabrics , wouldn't go anywhere else now for our curtains
First visited the store after Covid restrictions were lifted staff friendly and helpful. Surprised to find out thet they charged 30.00 for someone to come out and measure up but hey this was deducted from my order. Had to pay full cost on order and receipt stated 5-6 weeks max for delivery. Phoned after 7 weeks and told busy/short staffed but would look for my blind. They called back later that day to say they had \found\ my blind but were they fitting it? At over 500.00 I would expect this to be included. Sales person who needed to clarify if they were fitting was off but would phone the next day (Saturday) No phone call and I had to call again Monday for an update. Took my number but phoned my husband instead of me to confirm a fitting date and we have to wait another 12 days before they can fit me in. (guess they knew I wasn't happy)10 weeks is not acceptable. Had wanted to order additional blinds but went elsewhere. Measuring the same week as my enquiry and fitted in less that a month.
