Came in close to the closing time to get my pedals changed. Sam was very quick to come to my need and do it for me at a reasonable price. Good guy, good service. Definitely coming back again.

I had my drive chain replaced, as well as the Commuter Service. I had to wait a day for the cassette to arrive (was not in stock), but after that everything was prompt, courteous and we'll executed. I came away with my bike feeling like new! The only job that got added on as a result of the Service was a brake cable replacement - but to be honest, I had noticed that brake had felt weird for a month or so, so that was for the best.
Professional and speedy bike service. Sam was extra helpful and able to repair my bike the same day I brought it in. Thanks to him I'm able to ride my favourite two-wheeler again!
I popped in on 26/08 to get some brake pads and better pedals for my vintage Raleigh Caprice bike. The man working there was really helpful and put the pedals on for me whilst I waited as the original 30 year old pedals on my bike had zero grip and I've been slipping off them whilst commuting to work in the rain. It's made a huge difference and I feel a lot safer on my bike. I've booked it in for a commuter service next week as I originally purchased my bike for occasional weekend use 4 years ago and have now been using it to commute 9 miles to work so I need it to be in better condition! The service in the shop was friendly and efficient which I'm happy about as this is the closest bike shop to my flat.
The best bike shop in the area: Sam was a good listener and understood my concerns as a short rider with small hands. He offered excellent advice to shorten the stem, which allowed me to have a strong and comfortable grip of the brakes. He fixed a few other things efficiently and gave my bike a new look by re-taping the handlebars blue. The collection and return service was brilliant. Reasonable price, professional service and friendly owners, I highly recommend The Cycleway!
