We have been using A1 Tax Service since they opened in 2004. They are professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. They pointed out deductions we were unaware of, which gave us a larger refund. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend this service.

One of the worst tax services. I would never allow this place to file for me again. They consistently make errors and it will cost you. Do your own taxes through H&R Block online.
This place sent me an email telling me they gave the wrong forms and that I would need to come in and get the right ones. Damn good thing I hadn't mailed them since it was a day later. When I came, the young gal in the front had no idea what I was talking about so she went to the back to talk to Aaron and Mary. I could then hear Aaron and Mary arguing. Then Mary came out and told me they weren't ready. I then simply stated that I wish the email would have stated that because I drove 20 miles one way to pick them up. Mary then stated the email did not say they were ready and I stated it didn't say they werent either. She than in a very condescending way stated \this time of year we are swamped\. All while shaking her head and walking away.Well I thought, I wish I was only busy one time a year. Aaron has been ok, but due to Mary I would never go back.
Mary and her team are always friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy doing business with them. They work hard to get it done right, the first time!
Gone to Mary's for 2011 and 2012. Both times I was extremely happy with service and professionalism. They never once complained about my extreme lack of financial organization. A
