Sorely disappointed with the Decor of NKY. We were thrilled to have them back this year to install our Christmas lights, but they did not call or show up the week they were scheduled. I understand weather put them behind, but a phone call or a confirmed date for installation would have been nice. This company is truly focused on commercial work and residential is an after thought. I called this morning looking for update or a next schedule date, and the young woman I spoke to was lovely and apologetic, but she could not provide either. The Decor Group’s inabilty to staff up for residential work, provide updates regarding scheduling, and ultimately, get our lights up in a timely manor, has left us without Christmas light this year. We will not use this company again, nor would I recommend them at this point. We were issued a full refund of our deposit.

This place is shady, I don't know anyone that would want this company to do work for them. World Class??? I don't think so... You don't know what goes on at this place ... Just saying...these people are just bad people. Do humanity a favor, hire another company...

We have been working with them for years. It is the most exciting day of the year! Their service is exceptional, they checkout your display multiple times per week and they respond quickly if you ever have an issue. I totally recommend them and I never have to mess with Christmas lights again myself, they do it all!!

Doubled my mowing rate this year. Recieved a letter stating due to increased insurance and costs my 2019 rate was adjusted. And stated \thanks for understanding this minimal increas\. When inquired about minimal meaning double, I was told it was due to a bad quote, and I recited a \form letter\. That quote was three years ago. Up untill that I had nothing but good things to say.
