Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. They kept me updated regularly on my mattress and my bed. Delivery times were almost spot on. Old mattress and bed removed as stated. Quick, efficient and friendly Very professional and exemplary service. I highly recommend to anyone. Thank you and 5*. I should add....My Oak bed is absolutely beautiful and my mattress is totally amazing to sleep on. I'm very happy .

Quite happy with the mattresses and service apart from no paperwork was provided (was told I'd get it with the delivery but did not), so now I have no guarantee should it be needed. Email and answerphone messages ignored, phone never picked up
