I have never had a bad experience with the office personnel or my caseworker. Even my child's school gave accolades to my caseworker. My calls or emails are answered within 24hrs. Keep up the good work I'm sure it's not an easy position.

I have never had a problem besides the length of the waiting list. When i call i do feel a little rushed but i have been in the office twice a year for 5 years and never had an issue and always had great communication with my caseworkers i had a woman and a young man before and both were great! way better then the chester welfare office lol -

When you call they give you a lot of attitude as if they hate there job. And when you ask them a question about what's going on with a case they snap on you like your doing something wrong. Very bad customer service.

This office is filled with low life scum workers who couldn't care less about actually doing their work. The management seems concerned/neutral...but the overall attitude is \what the *_ck do you want?!\ . And good luck with getting your calls answered or returned. It's a waste of tax money. Lazy and ghetto is the best way to describe them. Not professional at all.
