The Dental Retreat is by far the best dentist office I've ever been to. Dr Julian and his staff are amazing. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, patience, comfort, and confidence they showed while working with our son. We had taken our son to several other dentists before Dr Julian and each and every one was a horrifying experience that traumatized our son (and us as well) and made him terrified to ever go to a dentist again. The first time we took him to the Dental Retreat the staff went above and beyond, doing anything and everything they possibly could to calm him down and make him feel safe. During his cleaning the Dental assistant was very kind and extremely patient. She significantly eased his fear because she took the time to show him each tool, tell him what it was, what it did, and explain how she was going to use it on him. On top of all that she let him use her personal tablet, to watch cartoons, as a distraction. Dr Julian explained exactly what he was going to do before he did it and he used a perfect balance of gentle but firm when working on him. This was the first time my son had a positive experience at a dentist office and over the years he has continued to have a positive experience every visit.

The staff are professional, kind and respectful. Dr Julian took the time to explain my diagnosis and provided multiple options with great detail so I could make an informed decision. He answered all of my questions with clarity so I would feel comfortable proceeding. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient and most of all has a very gentle hands. I have had so many dentists look at my inflamed gum before and was told to use this mouthwash or that toothpaste and nothing ever worked! I went to see Dr. Jon and he knew exactly what it was and removed it right away. No pain and I now feel super confident about my teeth as before I was very self conscious about it due to the inflamed gum. This dental office is absolutely beautiful inside and out and the staff is so friendly. I am beyond thankful for The Dental Retreat! I highly recommend!!!!
