This was my first visit at the Dermatology Center of Indiana. Everyone, from the receptionists all the way to the doctor, treated me with respect and made me feel like I mattered. They listen to my problems and asked the right questions. When i left, I was smiling knowing that they made a difference in my life and felt positive they knew what they were doing and was going to do everything to help with my medical problem. Thanks to every staff member for my great experience and giving me a positive feeling and earning my trust in everyone of you.

I called to schedule an appointment less than 2 weeks ago, the scheduler was very accommodating and was able to get me in so much sooner than I expected. I received two reminders via text, which I appreciated very much! Upon arrival, the wait to check in was short even though there were many people in line (socially distancing, with spots marked on the floor 6 feet apart). Check in was fast and easy, and then I waited a few short minutes to go back. Once in the room the wait to see the doctor was very short, she and the nurse in the room were attentive and extremely efficient. I ended up having two spots removed for biopsy and was in and out of the office within 45 minutes of my appointment time. I went straight to the pharmacy and my prescriptions were already filled and I was able to go about the rest of my day. I HIGHLY recommend, five stars and two thumbs up! It’s rare to have such efficient service at a doctor’s office.

My husband has dementia. With many of his other doctor appointments, they made it really difficult for me to go in with him because of Covid. I didn’t experience that at the Dermatology Center. Everyone there was extremely caring and helpful! The doctor was amazing! We were in and out in record time, but at no time did we feel rushed.

After asking if I had to pay a co-pays I was told no.. I get one statement while I was 3 hours away from home working a job that kept me from being home and they send a bill to collections even though I aksed to pay it upfront. Can't pay anything if you don't know about it. So not only did they lie to my face they also up charged me an additional 17 dollars for collections. The bill is paid but I want my money back as they are responsible! Would highly not recommend!
