My 8 months puppy was with them for the first time grooming; they hurt her knee, don't know they twisted her knee or she fell off the table and her knee injured; eventually, she came back home with pain and the day after, her vet approved the knee has been injured, she got a shot in her knee. It's more than a week now she can not walk, and she has to be on bed rest for more than 14 days. They called me after the fact and told me she cried; she said they did nothing except standard grooming work, which I would never accept. I seriously suggest you a second thought if you decided to go there!!! They cost my family not just money but a lot of pain when I see my sweetheart is in pain like this.
